Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa telah terjadi gangguan koneksi pada DATACENTER MEDAN dari salah satu upstream kita yaitu (INDOSAT) untuk itu pelanggan yang berada pada datacenter tersebut tidak dapat melakukan koneksi untuk sementara waktu dan saat ini sedang dalam penanganan Upstream kami
impact : seluruh server di DATACENTER MEDAN mengalami kendala pada Network

kendala network masih dalam status open dan priority high. Saat ini tim support masih terus melakukan kordinasi ke pihak upstream (INDOSAT) untuk kendala yang terjadi. informasi lainnya akan kami update kembali

Herewith we inform that there has been a disruption in the connection from Medan Data Center for our international connection (Indosat). For All customers who are in the Medan datacenter can not connect for a while and is currently in the handling of our Upstream.
Impact: all servers in the MEDAN datacenter have network issue.

network issue is still in open case and high priority. Our support team still coordinating to the upstream (Indosat) for any obstacles that occur.
