Problem : Power flicker di Cyber Data Center Internasional (CDCI)
Action : Dilakukan pengecekan system UPS di Data Center
Penyebab : Indikasi permasalahan ada pada change power dari genset ke PLN dan sinkronisasi antara Genset dengan system UPS
Dampak : Seluruh Power di Rack mengalami flicker

Saat ini Supply daya listrik Data Center sudah kembali normal dan sudah menggunakan sumber dari PLN. The facility will be transferring to generator power and we anticipate no impacts during the window. Our Data Center technician will be on site during the maintenance conducting site walk through to ensure no issues. If you should experience an issue during this time please contact our support team.
